Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how DrySure subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and how refunds work. DrySure is operated by QUITSURE FZCO, and this policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

DrySure subscriptions are bought only inside the app, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google takes your payment, so cancellations and most refunds go through them. This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

2. Plans, Prices, and Automatic Renewal

• Plans and price: DrySure offers a monthly subscription and a quarterly (3-month) subscription. Prices (in your local currency, with any taxes the store applies) and billing periods are shown in the app and the store before you confirm a purchase.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. The store charges the renewal within the 24 hours before your current period ends.
• Free trials: there is no free trial at the moment. If we add one, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Reminders and price changes: we, or the store, will tell you in advance about any price increase, and we will send reminders before renewals where the law requires.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal to avoid being charged for the next period. After you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Deleting the app or your DrySure account does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel in the store as shown below.

(a) iPhone or iPad (Apple App Store)

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap "Subscriptions."
4. Choose "DrySure."
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

You can also go to the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then "Subscriptions."

(b) Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions," then "Subscriptions."
4. Choose "DrySure."
5. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the steps.

4. Refunds

• Apple App Store: only Apple can issue refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides under its own policies.
• Google Play: you can request a refund through Google Play (Google generally handles requests made within 48 hours of purchase). After that, you can contact us at hello@drysure.app.

Apart from the refunds described here, the store's decisions, and refunds you are entitled to by law, payments are not refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period.

5. Your Legal Rights

(a) EU, EEA, and UK: 14-day right to withdraw

If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK, you generally have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw from it without giving a reason. Because a subscription is a digital service that starts right away when you ask for it, if you withdraw within the 14 days you may have to pay for the part of the service you received before withdrawing. For one-off digital content (if we ever sell any), the right to withdraw ends once the download or streaming starts, if you agreed to that and acknowledged losing the right. To withdraw, use Apple's or Google's refund process above, or email hello@drysure.app with a clear statement that you want to withdraw and we'll help.

(b) Faulty service

If DrySure doesn't work as described, please tell us at hello@drysure.app so we can fix it. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to a repair, a price reduction, or a refund (for example, under EU and UK rules on digital content and services). If you live in Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
